With over 400 years of culture exchange between France and Japan in the arts, crafts, fashion and food, we have taken the mix to a new level with eyewear.

Utilizing design inspiration from the two cultures we have brought them together, welded them into a symbiotic relationship of design and craftsmanship.

Designed in Paris & Tokyo: Handcrafted in Japan in all custom acetates by TAKIRON with original titanium parts and finishes. The minimalism metal designs are all high grade titanium with various channel fill materials and forward designed connection / construction makes SAUVAGE a one of a kind collection.

The current line is an amazing mix of Japanese and French design elements creating a very unique look. Some frames such as “CONCIERGE” have a faux bamboo temples.

In 2023, Sara Mary took over the direction and design of the brand creating a small couture 2024SS collection, released at SILMO 2023.

This collection is more avant-garde in a 21st century feeling. The acetate are carved of 7mm materials for fronts. And there are SNAKE PATTERNED core wires with ORIGAMI ARROW HEAD beauty marks.
